If you have a RTL8188CUS based wireless adapter it should work without problems, it's supported by odroid, I think different chipsets may need extra work to run. James may help you better than me on this
If your wifi card is not in the list, and you want to use it for the official android/ubuntu release, you can raise a request in hardkernel forum to get it compiled - I can't compile for you because the kernel module must be compiled *with the same compiler used to compile the kernel* --- and I'm not sure what compiler they use.
For FatdogArm, yes I can compile new kernel modules or even new kernel for you. I will also upload the full kernel sources I used for all FatdogArm releases so you can build new modules yourself if you wish.
