I've always wondered myself what the difference is between the standard language and the UTF-8 version ?

That means i have been using the right one. :)

Not sure if that help text is in Fatdog64 as i never noticed it , i'll check next time when i get a chance.

If choosing a locale you will get nothing else than UTF-8 now.
Thus no help text at all.
