How to make Tahrpup bark when it loads? (SOLVED)

I am running tahrpup and really enjoy using the os. But could someone tell me how i can get puppy to bark when it loads please. Thanks

hi oldbones

create a script in /root/Startup (right click in an open window and choose 'new' then 'script'... then open as text an paste the following in)

Code: Select all

#!/bin/sh
aplay /usr/share/audio/2barks.wav

Thanks for the help both. Its great having tahrpup announce it has loaded with a welcoming bark lol.
