Hello jlst.jlst wrote:Yeah actually it's what i call "advanced usage", while doing this you usually have to build over and over again, while you keep adding/fixing entries, you should also know the packages-templates dir and how it works, so you can understand why some files get stripped and so on, some bugs lie there.musher0 wrote: Euh, no. This is a remaster of the basic Puduan Jessie woof output you and
666philb led me to. Once I had that output I started remastering.
There is also the official online pet repos, which require priviledged access for someone building a pup officially to upload pet packages (custom compiled apps, fixes, etc). I remember tahrpup "was not reproducible" for some time... actually a long time.
Overall this is something that requires some knowledge about the whole process, i think i can do this, but i'm alienated by 3 things: i like just to contribute code, feedback and it's been 2 years since i started using pcmanfm exclusively, so i'm not to keen to see to see the final results.. and i'd like to see my oldest hardware finally die in peace, but it's taking too long.
i guess i should use a semi-powerful pc to start building pups and updating the config files... maybe.
Are you sure you are replying to my reply?
I'm not following you. Like you're replying to someone else's question.
No harm in that. It's usually the early sign of Alzheimer's Disease, though.
(Just kidding!)
