How to change my laptop screen's resolution?
How to change my laptop screen's resolution?
Hi guys,
I am looking for a Puppy linux version that would allow me to change the resolution on my 13.3" laptop. Default resolution is 1920x1080, but that is just too tiny for such a small screen. I can barely see icons and letters :/ The most recent version (6.3) only allows that one resolution :/
Apart from that I only need the system to run the current version of Firefox.
Can something be done here? Or am I doomed?

Re: Changing resolution
Use the Xorg Video Wizard in the menu for resolution, you can also change the system font size via the menuMarble42 wrote:Hi guys,

I downloaded Slacko Puppy 6.3, but I don't really like the 'menu on top' thing... Not sure why that was done?

Will download Tahrpup 6.0 now and see if that's any better Will also check the "font size from terminal" thing. Gosh, Linux Mint made me lazy :/
Thanks for your help guys! I really appreciate it! (-:
