How to download/install SeaMonkey 1.1?

Newbie: I downloaded seamonkey 1.1 http://ftp-mozilla.netscape.com/pub/moz ... ler.tar.gz but I don't know what to do from there, i.e., how do I install the new version over seamonkey 1.06? Or, put another way, how do I update the seamonkey 1.06 that came w/puppy 2.13?

I don't know if this is still valid but Barry reported at http://www.puppyos.net/news/ on February 4 that 1.1 had too many bugs.

By the way, is there a dotpup for SeaMonkey 1.0.7 that'll work in 2.12? Thanks!
