is there a broken link somewhere? you should only need internet access to use the repo--it's basically just a shared folder on google drive with a bunch of folders and files in it. so, access and speed-wise, pretty advanced and straightforward. normally. content-wise, i add what seems good, useful, an update of what i've already got there...
anyway, if there's a broken link, let me know. also, try the main one:
