peasyscan 2.9 french translation

lot of thanks for this again usefull app !
Could'nt get a working .mo file from the pot file given hereunder (using edit_mo_po to build the .mo file -- maybe might this way be wrong???)

But ...
1. Got a peasyscan.po using Momanager;
2. have copied all the already-translated-content of my peasyscan.pot file to the peasyscan.po file;
3. build the .mo file using Momanager (or edit_mo_po).
Note: have modofied the encoding around line 17 to get the display of accented characters:
