You need that quote as a shirt.

I'll get to work on the design tonight. 8'D
And thanks! :3
I found it in my Windows wallpaper folder, actually. One of the few times Windows is good for something.

New desktop shot. I installed pwidgets and the 200+clocks skins, and the azenith theme and dejan's nice blue glow icons. i made my own JWM theme, i'm still experimenting to get the look I want.

Excellent work everyone.
I am a new user of Linux and Puppy (4 days and counting, hahaha) and thought I would jump in and share what I have managed to do so far with Puppy 4.76
Edit: I have replaced the original picture with another as the png file has more accurate colors and also shows an open app so you can see how the gradient brown GTK theme looks with it.

I agree, that's a very nice theme. I'm still playing with the theme maker, I think I've almost got what i want. But that's great for only being a 4 day user. Better than the attempts I have made. Welcome to Puppy.

Thanks for the flowers.
I think the fact that as a new user I was able to install, create, capture and post the screen capture says more about the excellent work being done by other members of this forum then it does of my personal skills.
Puppy while not without its flaws is fun to play with and I am looking forward to 5.0 with the hope that my days as a windoze user will soon be at an end.

Welcome to Puppy! Nice icons selection for that color; good look. Glad you are having fun with it!

Yep, nice look for Jwm (have you tried the beta translucency option? - nice,but it does need xorg, tho
)
p412flux with the menu icons
halfsize-91k and
full-258k .. pseudotrans looks good especially on pulled-apart/sticky menus with this sven geier bg (it seems to need a rox-set pin since this poor old relic from February is a trifle confused:? and then rox goes worthless as a fm! good thing I like XFExplorer
) hmmmz, a nice dark gtk that's legible/useable would be a plus for the night vision but I digress ... murrina shadow mod was almost there and then I got sidetracked
