Are 4+ TB drives reliable?
Anyone have an opinion on whether a 4 TB desktop hard drive is reliable? A friend of mine eschews drives over 500 GB because he experienced catastrophic failures in several drives over 1TB, within 1.5 years of purchase. How do these large drives usually fail?
