After installing the pet, s-black.desktop can be dragged out to the
desktop from /root. Clicking it will normally use wget to fetch the current
hosts file and place it in /etc A popup will occur announcing the file creation
date and number of domains blocked. If not connected to the internet,
a popup will say "Failed download", and a (possibly older) hosts file
will be placed in /etc
Sb hosts is a very effective blocker. The number of domains blocked is
currently about 40,000. Sometimes updates occur daily. In any event it
is very actively managed.
This must be used in place of the pup built-in Pup-Advert-Blocker which
would overwrite and negate the sb hosts in /etc
