Is Puppy Arcade any good?

I was searching the internet when I came across something called puppy arcade is it any good ? Can I install a package manager and other software ??? Thanks in advanced
Never used it, but it should just be a Puppy version with already added stuff for games.

Based on Slacko 5.9.3 beta
So, it is a Slacko Puppy and will be a little different from Bionicpup's.
Should be no problem adding stuff to it using it's PPM.
Most Puppy pet packages will work OK in different Puppy versions.
