I don't have LinNeighbourhood

#1 Post by kneda »

I want to browse the Folders of my other computers I have on my network.

Here I read the thread of using LinNeighbourhood, but I go to Menu-> Networking and is not there...

How can I find this program??

What version of puppy do you have?

Code: Select all

cat /etc/puppyversion
Your menu might be corrupted, running

Code: Select all

fixmenus
and restarting your X server may help

You could try starting it from the command line (make sure you get the case correct)

Code: Select all

LinNeighborhood
If that doesn't work try to find files with approximately the right name to investigate what has gone wrong

Code: Select all

find /usr -name "*eighbo*" -ls
