Webcam with Pidgin

G'day,

I have Pidgin working successfully. I also have my webcam (Logitech) working Muppy Webcam. However, I can't seem to get the webcam working with Pidgin. I get what looks like a greyed-out TV icon, as seen below next to the smilies. What must I do?

I have found out that it doesn't do it. My bad. I thought that it did. Is there a chat programme that does support webcam sending and recieving?

I haven't used either of these, but a quick search produced:

And, as you realized, Pidgin doesn't support video chat on any platform, it's not just a Puppy issue.

Thanks for the ideas. I got gyachi working. I also had to use Muppy Webcam for some reason. If I open MuppyWebcam to get the camera working, close it, then open gyachi, it seems to be all working.
