need help using xsetwacom to rotate tablet pc screen

Hi

I'm trying to get the screen to rotate on my tablet pc. The xrandr command can rotate the display but the stylus becomes inverted. After doing some research the tool xsetwacom is needed to rotate the tablet. I added the file xsetwacom to /usr/bin and typed xsetwacom in the command prompt but no luck, just got an error. These webpages from the linux wacom site talk about building xsetwacom and other utilities such as wacomcpl needed to communicate with the wacom driver.

I'm a linux newbie and I don't know anything about how to build or compile anything. Could somebody help me make some sense of this?
