How to turn numloc on at startup?

I m using pico pup.. very small and tiny .. i want to on numlock during startup.. any command to on numlock.. please help me...

This might help:

xsetnumlock

Toggles the X windows numlock state

Put in /root/.xinitrc if you want to change the state of the numlock key when X windows starts.
