SATA-HDs

I want do bay a new notebook with S-ATA- HD.
Have you experience with a SATA-HD and works puppy well or have you problems (may be solved)?

Do you know the Toshiba Satellite A210-19Z :
with AMD Athlon 64 X2 TK-57 2x 1,9 GHz

The DELL Inspiron 530 has all SATA drive connections and works wonderfully with PUP3.01. I have 2GB DDR2 and no swap drive; it is not necessary.
