I wholly agree! These sets are truly fantabulous to say the least! And that's putting it mildly!

WOWZERS Jemimah! How on earth do you ever find the time as something like just ONE desktop theme is an all-day affair for me!

I knew I'd be stuck alone and without internet for two whole days, so I downloaded a bunch of themes to package.

The FS icon theme.

Malys' icon sets, Uniblack & Uniblue

I've just realized I put a battery icon where I should've put a connect icon, the icon that launches the Internet Wizard. I'll fix it and reupload

Those are gorgeous vicmz! Thanks so much for sharing those with us! Really awesome indeed! In the near future when I have more time I'd like to find the full sets of these so that I might update my gtkrc.mine file for system-wide icons and not just for the desktop/menu. ( I think you know what I'm writing about here, right? )

I know what it means but I don't have the means, i.e. I don't know how to do it yet. I'm learning little by little how to do certain things in Puppy, and it's fun. I haven't deleted the full icon packages from my flash drive, so I can try your idea and if I succeed, post the .pets here again. I'll find the links to the packages and post them here, if anybody wants to give it a go.

Old Brown Wood icon set

vicmz me gustan tus iconos old_brown_wood . pero el único defecto que encontré cuando abres , una partición o unidad óptica te pone los iconos del tema anterior.
me tome la libertad de poner las imágenes faltantes para que quede con el mismo tema. me gustaría si los podes agregar al pet.

No es un defecto: estás usando Lucid, las versiones más nuevas de Puppy hechas del último Woof tienen un sistema de íconos simplificado, los íconos faltantes se generan automáticamente a partir del conjunto básico, mostrando los íconos de unidades encerrados en un cuadro verde si están montados, y en un cuadro amarillo si tienen un archivo de sesión o si Puppy arranca desde allí. Hice versiones compatibles con Lucid, las encontrarás adjuntas a este mensaje.
En cuanto a mis trabajos, como sabes, yo no sé hacer íconos, sólo los empaqueto.

It isn't a bug -- you're using Lucid, newer versions of Puppy made from the latest Woof have a simplified icon system, the missing icons are generated automatically from the basic set, showing the drive icons in a green square if they're mounted, and in a yellow square if they have a session file or if Puppy boots from there. I made Lucid-compatible versions, you'll find them attached to this message.
Regarding my work, as you know, I don't know how to make icons, I just package them.

Neon icon theme

Looks like the LaGaDesk-Bluenight theme from Wary Puppy 5.2.* was missing something...

...the USB drive icons were the same as the hard drive icons. Oops.

Monsie asked me --quite kindly-- to fix him a set of replacement icons. It wasn't a simple task, as I've never worked with images nearly that small before, AND there is a blue glow that does not translate well to vector programs. (I haven't switched over from XP yet, BTW )

Nevertheless, I got it figured out pretty well, and Monsie seems to like what I did. I figured it would be really nice to put a post in THIS thread, however, so that everybody would be able to get to the updated icons really easily, and without having to use the Forum Search (or Wellminded Search) to try and find 'em if they wanted 'em.

So here you folks are. Er, there's two attachments. The tarball is JUST the two icons, nothing else. But I also made a PET package (Monsie didn't ask for this, I did it as a surprise) for the entire iconset with the new icons plunked in. (I really hope that PET works, I've had really lousy luck with those in the past...)

I'm afraid I can't do a preview at the moment, but I'm sure someone else can help with that
