How to install Blender?

ive not been able to get blender to open up i found thread that had download for 3 files but its still not working. I could use some help with this thanks

What version of Puppy
What are the 3 files you installed
When you run Blender in the terminal what is the message
I use Blender in wNop it works quite well.
