Multisession Puppy 4.1 beta (2.6.25.16 kernel)
Multisession Puppy 4.1 beta (2.6.25.16 kernel)
Using Burniso2cd from a multisession 4.1 alpha 6 DVD, I burned the 4.1 beta iso to a DVD+RW, then shut down with the newly burned DVD in the drive, choosing the save option. At the next boot, programs I had installed in 4.1 alpha were transferred to the 4.1 beta DVD. No hitches noticed at all, so far.

4.1beat working better with CD old dirves
Ditto. I've had no difficulties with multi-session CDs on machines where it worked before ( since 2.x and up ).
In fact, I was so impressed with the new hardware detection that I tried a CD write on an old funky MITSUMI CR-48XATE and it worked ! I hadn't even tried it since 2.14 or so, but it works now.
Puppy's HW support is getting better and better ...
