Compaq Evo N110 boots Puppy CD, except from USB

Hello,
I found that my Laptop Compaq Evo N110 is good for version 1.0 5 as well as 1.0.6. I have installed 1.0.6 C drive(NTFS) and found that it boots up within 25 seconds including internet. Also, I have succeeded in using 1.0.5 from an external CD Drive using the wakeup program. But booting from USB was failure, it finds the USB after booting, though.
