Adobe Flash Player .lib

I just downloaded a .tar.gz Library for Adobe Flash Player v10.0.32.18. I'm running Puppy 4.1.2 and using SeaMonkey as a browser. Where do I put this .lib so flash items will work?

Extract it to /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins
