ok, i saw that there was a Puplet based around running the MMORPG Dofus.
however, I don't want the puplet. I just want the game itself.
is there any way to get this on Puppy?
How to play Dofus in Puppy?
You run the script and it installs itself...but
1)cannot tell if puppy will have the libraries it needs
2) the script uses dd at some point...this made me nervous
in other words open a terminal and run their script but do it on an install that doesn't matter or pfix=ram.
If non of that makes sense best leave it alone

All right, I'm reviving this thread.
Got a great little Puppy going, 4.0, lots of games on it, set it up for the youngest boy. Wireless, etc. Good stuff.
Have had a few good successes like icy tower(suggestion from another thread by battleshooter, I think) and a bunch of other little games.
Now trying to get Dofus going...looks like fun.
Downloaded the installer, see the picture for the error that pops up...here is the code:
I am running Puppy 4.0, have xorg_xorg_dri_full installed, have the correct video driver installed for this ATI radeon x1650 pro, have zenity installed, and have MU's unrpm/undeb installed.
What do I need to install next to get this going?

Ok, hacked an Ubuntu dpkg and the Adobe Air Installer and manually put them in Puppy.
Oh, so close!
Here is the next error...it looks like I get hung on the sudo command...well, Puppy doesn't use that, so is there a simple way around it? This time I got to the user agreement, accepted it, then it hung at this error...
Ideas?

Oh, I also followed MU's post about installing Adobe Air and it seems to have installed it, but Dofus is grumping about the Adobe "installer" and the only way I have/know of to install that is to take the rpm file, unpack it, then put everything in the correct folder.
Is there another way to install the Adobe Installer? Or, more generally, is there another way to install Dofus?
