A Problem with Cookies?

#1 Post by elcolto13 »

There's been a large snowstorm where I live and the power has been flashing in and out lately. I have a DSL modem with Verizon. Everything is working fine on my computer except my bookmarks in SeaMonkey. I can bookmark pages, but when I exit the browser the bookmarks get wiped out. Passwords for logins at forums are left untouched, but my bookmarks continue to be affected. Is this a problem with internet cookies?

I'm having more trouble recently. My father, who will not listen to me at all, shuts the computer off the improper way from time to time. I mean that he turns off the power switch in the back of the computer. Now the sidebar in SeaMonkey comes up every time I open the browser even though I continually hide it via the View menu. Also, I am not able to view the drop down location bar anymore.

Please help!
