tscc codec - camtasia

I use Camtasia to record movies with their proprietary codec (results in small files) and have been looking for a way to view them in puppy.

I used the virtual box machine 4.3.1 for playing around, and to my surprise it can play the movies right out of the box.

On my other frugal installs I have not been able to replicate it.

Anyone have a tip of what I need to install? I have tried adding the codecs for Xine, but that did not do it.
