puppy's GTK version seems too old

Last time I want to install mysql administrator,
Because of the GTK , glibmm gtkmm version were too old,so it was failured.
I had to use another mysql tool : myjsql, a soft which runs on java~

It no only mysql administrator, many other softs all need newer version of GTK,so I wish puppy group would consider this.
