5.0.1 gxine takes the cursor and keyboard

Running lupu-501.iso with a uk keyboard and the keyboard works fine but went to test the sound and gxine freezes the mouse and keyboard. Only solution is a hard reset.

uk keyboard on my toch portege doesn't work of course.

And while I'm here, is there any chance this remote control with microsoft icons all over it will work under puppy?
