Avidemux is a fast Video Editor.
I made this pet from http://packages.ubuntu.com/jaunty/avidemux.
Libcap is from Debian Lenny, and some dependencies from an old dotpup of Avidemux 2.1.2.
I was not able to use Avidemux 2.5.2 from Ubuntu, as it requires a newer libgdk-x11-2.0.so, that needs a newer libc, that would be incompatible with Puppys Gtk..
The dependencies are in /usr/local/avidemux/lib, so they do not overwrite your existing libraries.
I tested it in Puppy 4.3.1, Fluppy 005, and Newyearspup02rc10.
Download:
http://dotpups.de/puppy4/dotpups/Multim ... -2.4.4.pet (6 MB, 15 MB extracted)
If you get errors about missing libraries during installation, please ignore them. The libraries are included, PetGet just does not see them due to the way they are included lateron.
I also attach a small utility I wrote, it uses ffmeg to convert the Audio part of a Video to PCM.
Like this you can convert videos, where Avidemux has no Audiocodec for, like araw/uraw, that often is used by cheap foto-cameras.
