Re: not mouse usb with Puppeee-1.0-atom
I forget exactly (I'm currently running 4.3.1, but had tried Puppeee, and plan to look at it again sometime soon) -- but I'm pretty sure that you can force Puppeee to look at your keyboard and mouse:pereirjo wrote:Hello,

Code: Select all
Menu > Setup > Mouse/keyboard Wizard
I have an Asus netbook, and seem to vaguely recall using the Wizard to get the external mouse working -- the touchpad still/also works for me. I think mine gave some trouble, but I attributed that to using a KVM...

I would expect the mouse to see power as soon as the machine starts (not dependent on the operating system).pereirjo wrote:hello
I tried plugging the mouse before and after. The mouse is off. (Not illuminated)
I tried to set in the setup but nothing changed
thanks
Did you try it in a different USB port?
Or do you have a different USB mouse you could try (as it could also be a damaged cable).
I am assuming that the USB ports cannot be turned off in the BIOS (although it is possible that there is an enable/disable function there).
