Puppy Universal Installer Questions

Will the universal installer planned for Puppy 2 allow a user to boot directly to the HD installer, allowing them to partition/set up a swap before entering a full-blown graphical Puppy session? I ask this because of its implications for use on old, low end hardware. Computers with borderline RAM might be able to load Puppy and run in from a hard drive with swap help, but might not have the power to run a full session to get to the installer in the first place (as is the case in 1.0.7). Is something like this part of the plan? My P233/32MB is dying to know!
