puppy arcade 10
I'm new to puppy arcade. I'm trying to use the mame emulators and I'm having problems loading the roms into any of the 4 available emulators. First of all when I get the roms they come zipped do I need to extract them or not, do I need to create a named individual folder for each rom set etc. I'm using a hp thin client which I have fattened it has no cd drive to load roms from. I've managed to mount a usb pen drive with zipped and unzipped roms but cannot work out how to get these into a directory within the emulators or where or how to move them to a directory I can use them from. any help would be appreciated

thats great... perhaps you could point me to a forum on how to use the puppy linux forum there I will learn my lowly rank of newbie I can wait in the new user section awhile picking up the scraps of useless info tossed my way as my superiors amass to taunt and ridicule my fresh baby face and lack of knowledge on the workings of a forum and mame emulators but I will rise up, the emoticons will be at my command and I will post only in the right area then I will get an answer
The puppy arcade thread is here:

I will reply there if you post again, but essentially, look in "/usr/share/doc" and you will find lots of help pages. MAME has a good help page. Also click the "help" button in Rom-Loader, after clicking the MAME button in the main menu.
