Hi
I've searched, but cannot find one

Is there a way to display 3G/Wifi signal strength on a meter display, near the volume/Firewall indicators in the lower r/h corner of the screen?
If not, can someone provide one, as a dotpet, thanks

Thanks Phil...I followed links to here

http://murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?t=76705

installed the slacko dotpet and voila RutilT in the tray, showing the interface power levels....for wifi at least...do you know if it works for 3G connections?

I now need to find out why my signal is fluctuating so badly from 20% to 67%....
At the moment I'm 7 feet from the router and getting slowdowns....youtube almost freezes, and my PC is hugely fast dual xeon 3.06Ghz/5Gb ram/nvidia 256mb accelerated....running Aurora 7.01 plus Flash 11.1r102...???

Edit:

There is an old program called Umtsmon, which appears unsupported since 2008, which apparently had that facility

http://sourceforge.net/projects/umtsmon/

any takers...?
