If you haven't already, use the SFS Manager (next to Fatdog64 Package Manager) and download the fd64-devx_620.sfs then move it to /aufs/devsave, then use the System SFS Loader to load it. That might do the trick.

Now I even know...
But I have a 630. not 620,And That's shows a type "failed to remount aufs" (Better: /mnt/home)

Hi Scotchialoo,
Fatdog64_630 is the testing version. The last officially released Fatdog is 620. I am running 630 myself but carried my savefile over from 620.
Question: Does the bottom left of your System SFS Loader show the same location as where the devx.sfs is?
For your info, /mnt/home is a symlink from /aufs/devsave and my System SFS Loader shows /mnt/home. The reason to put these kind of files here is because it is outside of your savefile. That way the savefile doesn't get full unnecessarily. You can put the files wherever you want as long as the Loader points to the correct location.
Edit: I was able to load the sfs on a fresh 630 boot. I don't know what the failed to remount /aufs error is about but it should load any sfs. I doubt there will be a devx_630 until all the testing is done. Not sure if the differences in 630 and 620 will cause your wacom not to compile correctly. I don't build/compile much.
Edit Again: Fatdog version 620 might already have what you are looking for:

/usr/X11R7/lib/xorg/modules/input/wacom_drv
Now I have resolve a problem. I dropped to "dev/sda1" (with FatDog64 lite's.) to /aufs/devsave - Now That's development compilers is works around.
And What is more... Complication was a miracle... Completed. (Even I uploaded a .pet package)
And Files what will be compiled:
/usr/X11R7/lib64/X11/xorg.conf.d/50-wacom.conf
/usr/lib64/xorg/modules/input/wacom_drv.so
/usr/lib64/xorg/modules/input/wacom_drv.la

/usr/bin/xsetwacom
/usr/bin/isdv4-serial-debugger
/usr/lib64/pkgconfig/xorg-wacom.pc
Update: Ok... I Failed about a /root/ Installation (.pet packages makes: /root/xf86-input-wacom instead of /root/... as a Normal Installation) but... Maybe Compile is works around.

Scotchialoo,
I'm afraid I told you the wrong thing. There is a fd-devx_630.sfs and a kernel-source-3.11.4.sfs. The newer files didn't get to my SFS Manager. You can download them from here.
http://distro.ibiblio.org/fatdog/sfs/600/
I don't know how to get these things into the Fatdog SFS Manager where we could download them from a mirror that is faster than ibiblio. I found out when I was viewing the Fatdog630_rc thread. My apologies. roll:
I assume having these things would enable compilation without a workaround. :

Unfortunately... That's same as without kernel-source-3.11.4.sfs...
When that's doesn't compiled as Normal...

I don't use the kernel-source when I compile the 32 bit version on Intel
machines.

Update [3/11/2013]: Solved from a Long ago.
I Can see that's xf86-input-wacom Will be compiled Successfully.
When in a Next Time I will be compiled a "2" for a Clearly package. Because I Compiling with Development package.
When Important for a Install is:
/usr/lib64/xorg/modules/input/wacom_drv.so and /usr/X11R7/lib64/X11/xorg.conf.d/50-wacom.conf
And Updated drive in .PET Package is: 44132 bytes [That's low. But Fast.]
UPDATE [11/11/2013]: I compiled with a GIT Version [That's not important in a stable level. - That's are is same as a Stable (0.23.0)]
And is a more and more Lightly: 44052 bytes. [80 bytes lightly.]
