Welcome to Puppy Land!

When you give use information you need to be very specific and detailed.
We only know what you tell us.
Bionicpup 32
Is that Bionicpup32 8.0 or one of the Bionicpup32 8.0 + versions?
Acer Aspire one
What model number?

Have you tried to setup the camera?
Menu>Graphic>PupCamera
If yes.
What specifically happens?
The things they do not tell you, are usually the clue to solving the problem.
When I was a kid I wanted to be older.... This is not what I expected

Hello, it's a za3 netbook with a 19.03 version of bionic pup. I already tried it and it says no device detected.

Check the bios, and make sure the mic and camera are "ENABLED"

This netbook is more suited to AtomicPup-XIX.

No, not really... I very much thought most any Atom N270 with the i915 chipset would work with AP-XIX. The model you have is an early, base model with the 512Mb memory soldered in. All you can do is add a 1Gb mem stick, which you did. The only problem we've run across here at PuppyLand was/is the card-reader and that is proprietary. The USB mouse should work if plugged into the left-side USB port. And I'm rather surprised that the touch pad from 2008-9 is not in a kernel from 2013, there were a lot of AAO netbooks made.

If I had one more try, I would Download Slacko5.7-2018. This is the original version of Slacko5.7 with just security updates... nothing removed.

Have you checked dmesg in a terminal? Is any firmware missing? Try:

dmesg | grep firm
dmesg | grep warn
dmesg | grep err

What does lsusb give?
ImageLxPup = Puppy + LXDE
Main version used daily: LxPupSc; Assembler of UPups, ScPup & ScPup64, LxPup, LxPupSc & LxPupSc64
