2.13 MultiSession: New DVD lost settings

#1 Post by koken915 »

Using 2.13 MultiSession DVD. I am booting a good session and rebooting with a new DVD, which has a new Puppy 2.13 iso on it. When prompted, I request to save the session and it appears to write out. When I reboot on new DVD it runs the XWindows Wizard and I am prompted for location and the normal Xwin setup information. I have always used Xorg and have no issues with it. When the new DVD boots I am back to a virgin 2.13 desktop, all my settings gone. I can still boot my old DVD and it works fine. I just need to be able to save the settings somewhere. This pc does not have a disk drive but one can be attached. I also have a 1GB USB drive that could be used. My preference would be to continue to use the MultiSession DVD which I really like. Thanks.

Just for the record I DID use Burniso2cd right off the Puppy menu to create the new DVD. The DVD I have been using is full. Thanks.
