I even use it in Fatdog64.
Works nicely.

In Fatdog placing script in /root/Startup works. There's no /root/.config/autostart folder though. I don't know creating one will work. There are also /etc/xdg/autostart and /etc/xdg/Startup folders which also run scripts/.desktop files on startup. (but this maybe only for fatdog, as these are for m...

I installed seamonkey latest in Fatdog this way. I believe Firefox would be the same. You just have to un-pack the tar.bz2 package. Then merge it's content in to the folder of Firefox in your system. Generally in /opt But trace back firefox executable to find it. Hope this helps. Ohh seamonkey in Fa...

Re: Problems posting on this forum in Palemoon

Can't post when using Palemoon, I get an invalid session error? Posting this using Opera Mini without problems. What's wrong when using Palemoon? I get same error when using chrome browser on mobile. So I too use opera mini (on mobile). On my PC I am using latest seamonkey in Fatdog with no problems.

This is not related to thread but when I searched for info on wxpython, I read that Boa Constructor is tool to make GUI apps using python-wxpython.

OK, I use a 36" TV as my monitor, for my Lenovo T430 notebook. With other Linuxes, I can turn off the laptop monitor and just feed video to my TV. I can't figure out how to do that in Xenial Pup 64. I tried the xrandr command mentioned above, and it just shows me what is (and is not) connected...

Re: Busybox hexdump bug

Hexdump can convert control characters into their backslash equivalents but there seems to be a problem with the form feed character (hex 0C) Below example pipes a string of 3 characters to hexdump: backspace (x08) newline (x0a) and form feed (x0c) Hexdump's "%_u" format translates this s...

Thanks for the heads up Mike.

While installing Steam and World of tanks Blitz, I had to install .net and some more softwares through winetricks or it would hang (as per I read online).
Maybe some similar way is there for NFS.

I will check later, after finding my CD.

ROX Filer - Copy Paste in windows way (kind of)

This is kind of stupid.... :P Many of you may know this already, I just found out.... I copy paste by opening two rox windows side by side and dragging files between them. (There's an excellent "roxset" app on forum for opening two rox windows side by side.) Another way is to right click a...
