I am assuming you are refering to the freemem applet.. still - more info needed Does it go back up when you reboot? Have you been installing .pet packages? Have you tried limiting the size of your browser cache? .... this can happen due to the unionfs if several changes are made - until you reboot ...

Puppy 3.01 on Micro Client with SD card memory decreasing

Hi, I have a Micro Client with 512 Mb memory and a riser card with a SD 4GB. I installed on it Puppy Linux 3.01. It works very nice. After a Voltage interrupt the memory (right below screen) is decreasing every day. What can be the cause and is ther a remedy for it? Please help me out. Thanks a lot ...

I is not working for me with the Intel Pro/wireless 3945 ABG. I tried it again in v. 3.01. No problem, it works nice. I hope this will help You to solve the problem. I'm afraid not. mark2, 4.00beta2 has the same kernel and modules as 3.01, so it should work. If it doesn't, then we need to look at the Network Wizard. Hi all. Thanks for the answers. I discoverd that the pup_save.2fs was corrupted. I deleted this file and made a new one. Now it is working nice. I tried to use the backup-file, but that was not possible. How can I do that, because You cannot unmount it. My system sets all in memory and the save-file...

Hi,

I bought a cardreader USB Smargo smartreader Plus.
It is not recognised by Linux.
I use Puppy v3 on a Micro Client with 2 USB-ports and a CF-card (2 MB)
Is there anybody what I have to do (install) to make it working?

I read on a forum that making a dir in /root Startup (/root/startup) and setting in a program, it will strating after X server is started.

That works nice. So my problem has been solved.
