How to make a Puppy Arcade 10 CD?

I'm thinking of downloading Puppy Arcade 10 and putting it on a CD. But thats all I know about it. Can anyone give me pointers?
Apple is what broke the Windows, but Linux is what took the bite out of the Apple.

Thanks man I'll check it out.
