Merry Christmas to all!

#1 Post by ardvark »

Hi all...

I wanted to wish everyone on the forum a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. :)

Thank you to all who develop and support Puppy as it is one of the very few distros out there that truly supports older systems, Like Pentium II and III's.

Best wishes...
Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ loves and cares about you most of all!

PLEASE READ! You don't have to end up here!

You and yours and everyone here, have a safe ,bountiful, comfy, happy, warm and Merry Christmas also from the West Texas Desert from me also.

To those in strife or stress. My best wishes. I hope someone invites you to Christmas dinner on Christmas eve into a warm environment. Then lets you stay the night. Then
feeds you breakfast and lunch on Christmas Day.

We will wait and see what the New Year brings. As always. I hope for the best , but
expect the worst.

MERRY CHRISTMAS.

rokytnji; You sound like a Russian "Hope for the best, but prepare for the worst".
Being a desert dweller myself, I always prepare for the scorching summers here.

Where`s ardvark hail from? It`s a Texas critter...

Merry Christmas to all, and a Happy New Year.!

1/2 Cossack ,1/2 Pole. My Christmas letter to Santa reads as

Dear Santa. This Christmas I wish for World Peace. If that is too much to ask for.
I'd settle for a 50 inch home theater system for my M/C shop outside. I got a Linux
Media center just waiting for it.

See! I wish for the best. However. I expect the worst. Neither wish will probably be fulfilled this year. :P

As one always says though. Things could be worse and I am a lucky human being.

I live in Oregon, the land of many trees. if you live in the western half, that is.

Actually, the aardvark lives in Africa, you might have been referring to the armadillo. :)

Oregon is an interesting state to live in.
Have the most secular or apatheistic inhabs

So a friendly secular Merry Christmas to you ardvark
from a Religious atheist named Nooby born and living
in Secular Sweden. I trust that not more than some 10%
are true Christians here. The rest are what we name
Tradition Christians. They want the tradition to remain
but never go to Church or pray or are active believers.

They only are believers if somebody ask them.
I use Google Search on Puppy Forum
not an ideal solution though

You need to use "code" tags for ASCII art; it gives you a monospace font.

Everything is related, the armadillo was mentioned, with its shell it's made the musical instrument called charango.

Here, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=88m00JtaHHI the charango it's played in the Misa Criolla (Creole Mass) the only argentain musical work published in five continents and ranked by the Vatican as a work of universal religious significance.

Very beautifull to listen.

Merry Christmas to all.

I'm listening to Sir Cliff Richard's Christmas show on the BBC, online here. All thanks fo Seamonkey, a seven year old Dell Pentium 4 computer, and Puppy (Racey Enhanced Remix) here.

Merry Christmas everyone!
