wine-1.7.35-rt
wine-1.7.35-rt
This doesn't include all of the dependencies, but if you already have wine working, you might find this to be quite a nice little upgrade!
Latest version, compiled from git, patched with realtime support.
wine-1.7.35-rt
You might need this too:
mesa-10.2.2 with deps

Actually, no. The only people who are going to use a realtime enabled version of wine are likely going to be musicians, which puts this in the multimedia category.mikeslr wrote:Thread should be moved to Virtualization Sub-category.

Re: wine-1.7.35-rt
So What is a "Build command" at a "Wine Realtime compile"... [as a: "./configure <any configuration> --build=i686-pc-linux-gnu" for example...]l0wt3ch wrote:This doesn't include all of the dependencies, but if you already have wine working, you might find this to be quite a nice little upgrade!

And What's are be named at RT (as for Windows RT at ARM) not a "Realtime"?

No, but I gave my old drum kit away for free to a music store collecting instruments for refugees!

Isnt there a dependency scanner in puppy that scans for dependencies you need that would also work instead of installing a different wine first? also check this out if you want a file host that works really well, its not my site, its just one i found to work well without any complex flash stuff nor DLing first to temp, then saving where your browser instructs

well, I found something:
mesa-10.2.2_with_deps

wine-1.7.35-rt

(I would like to know it only, what good is in it, that we store something on a place until 3 minutes, we delete them next... )

Wine 1.7.5RT and Mesa 10.2.2 with Puppy Precise 5.7.1
Thanks a lot l0wt3ch, after installing both of your .pets (Wine 1.7.5RT and Mesa 10.2.2) I got VanBasco's Karaoke Player to work perfectly in Puppy (Precise 5.7.1) for the first time ever!!!
This is really great news for all music lovers around, please spread the word!
Of course, also other programs (e. g. the Win$ version of MuseScore Portable) run much better and faster than with previous Wine versions I tested. Couldn't believe it, MuseScore loads and starts twice as fast as under Win$ 7 Pro.
Thanks also to csipesz who published the updated links to said packages. And a big Hurrah to Barry and this whole Puppy forum!
