at the head of our forum, we find in the center under the titel two links:
- a Puppy home page
as well as
- an alternative forum
I find the stand of the information at the first link to old.
The Puppy 3 parallel versions pushed by josejp2424 under the thread
DpupBuster CE 64 and 32 bit
and accompanied by a rich selection of 64 bit *.sfs and *.pet at the depository
are are worth to become official Puppy stuff and named at the home page!
This 3 parallel versions cover as well 32 as 64-bit needs as well with or not with PAE kernels and so much of such about parallel Puppy's covering the needs of a very high per cent of the personal computer are not available.
The choice of the base of those Puppy, Debian 64 is definitive a great advantage as you can be secure of the future of your own work and adaptations you make as you can buy for an economic price all DVD's from Debian as well binaries as sources and apt / apt-get is preinstalled!
(but I did not find some prepared way to bind the DVD collection with apt / apt-get).
please check the page pointed by puppylinux.com !
I'm a big fan of both of josejp2424 dpup buster pups (32 and 64bit). They run very well and are quite polished. I would nominate them as the next official pup but it isn't up to me.
