Can't connect/see my router

Hi!
I can't connect to the internet because I can't see my router(Zyxel NBG-419N). I can see my neighbours network!! See picture. What's the problem?

I'm running the latest Fatdog64 5.2.1

But when I'm running Win7 and Ubuntu 11.10 from the same machine I can "see" the router and connect too the internet! Also from my kids Xubuntu computers.
