Can you connect to your own box? Do you know how to connect to your own box?

Gotta say, this is one happening utility. It's soo many things all @ the same time.

WOW! It's really 8) ....

PS - Who's running the account on the box you're trying to connect with?

And so we're on the same page.. Does your copy pass this usage help?

Code: Select all

nc [-46DdhklnrStUuvzC] [-i interval] [-P proxy_username] [-p source_port]
	[-s source_ip_address] [-T ToS] [-w timeout] [-X proxy_protocol]
	[-x proxy_address[:port]] [hostname] [port[s]]

One question answered outta four asked ain't too good Dale. Do you understand how netcat works? Someone's a server, or listener, and someone's a client.. And I'm guess'in you're not comfortable enough to be doing chat without a gui.

Here, watch this (plug included), then search >> "how to chat using netcat" and read-up.

When you're ready for the next round, me or someone else'll be waiting..

==

PS - Netcat doesn't have a username.
