That is a feature of Puppy 4. I believe it is set through the bootup manager - wherever it is that you choose additional SFS files to load.
Please explain more.

Where exactly in the boot manager and in which boot manager ?

It's been a while since I've used Puppy on a regular basis - I forget. Look under System in the main menu for something RE: configure bootup or bootmanager. That dialog should have checkboxes for fast boot and super fast boot.
